José Luis Ramirez
Originally from Durango City, he graduated from the School of Painting, Sculpture, and Handicrafts at UJED. His art draws inspiration from highly public street scenarios, transitioning into private collections and museums, creating a bridge between real social issues and fiction.
His work is playful, provocative, and boundary-pushing. He has participated in FONCA artistic projects and completed four murals in his hometown. Exhibited in numerous countries including Egypt, China, Italy, Austria, Colombia, USA, Qatar, Spain, and Argentina, he has showcased in over 70 solo and group exhibitions.
